Through a wide variety of processes, systems and frameworks to ensure the values and measures of performance keep employees focused on what matters most in the company. First, Google concentrates on the small company values of agility, cooperation and risk taking to keep the focus on innovation and the creation of valuable new applications and services (Stone, 2011).
